This is why it is more important than ever that youth gain the skills to navigate the challenges they will be presented growing up.
Using evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, Solution focused therapy and Narrative Therapy and a gentle, child-centred style, I help young people explore their thoughts and feelings, build coping skills, and overcome concerns such as anxiety, school stress, behavioural challenges, friendships, identity, and family changes. My practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep belief in each young person’s capacity for growth.
